Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email customer care at dundee@brisbaneboxinggym.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer made during the checkout process, the order will be returned to Dundee Sport and Dundee Sport reserves the right to charge the customer a of re-shipping fee of $10 for all Australian orders.
